On Halloween, Sam arrests Kay for murder after Ivy pushes relentlessly and fingerprint evidence seems to seal the case. Kay keeps talking about witchcraft, and no one believes her until Tabitha suddenly reappears and offers a deal: if Kay lets her do evil magic, the charges will disappear. Gwen blames Eve for making Jonathan sick and refuses further help from her, while Vincent, disguised as an orderly, continues his quiet sabotage. Eve, isolated and unraveling, confronts Vincent alone as he reveals himself and intensifies her torment, while Theresa is kept away from the family drama by Rebecca.
