Fancy links Kay's fingerprints to the latest murder scene and becomes convinced Kay is the serial killer targeting Esme's lovers. At Tabitha's, Ivy destroys the bag imprisoning Tabitha, and Kay mourns as though Tabitha has died, rambling about witchcraft and conspiracy. Sam tries calming her, but Fancy soon arrives with news about the fingerprints, making everything worse. At the hospital, Jonathan codes after Vincent alters his medication, and while Theresa again tries revealing a crucial secret to Ethan, Rebecca cuts her off. Vincent watches gleefully as Jonathan's collapse threatens to ruin Eve forever.
