Gwen and Ethan learn Jonathan is alive but suffering liver failure from an acetaminophen overdose caused by Eve's prescription error. Gwen refuses more treatment and even denies Ethan's right to make medical decisions, while Rebecca and Pilar both pressure Theresa to stay away. Eve sinks deeper into despair as Vincent keeps pushing her toward self-destruction, and she finally slits her wrists. Vincent then confesses to causing Jonathan's overdose in order to destroy Eve. Elsewhere, Kay agrees to Tabitha's evil bargain to avoid prison, and Luis and Sheridan share a passionate kiss while still searching for Marty.
