Kay confesses to Fox that she never meant to hurt him but admits she deeply loves Miguel. In prison, Luis and Miguel meet the harsh warden who makes clear their time there will be brutal. Sheridan visits Chris at his hotel and tries winning him back, but when he refuses, she pivots and heads to prison to see Luis. Luis is furious at her testimony and her role in his downfall. Meanwhile, Ethan and Theresa make love while the blackmailer spies through a hidden hole, and when he leans in to kiss Theresa, Ethan catches on that someone is watching them.
