Fox formally tells police that Miguel hit him with the car, and Kay apologizes to Fox for ever doubting him. Miguel insists he is being framed, but the evidence seems overwhelming. Fancy remains terrified of the masked attacker even though Luis has been cleared, and Luis promises again to protect her and identify the real man. Theresa is deeply shaken by the threats warning her away from Ethan, so she hires Vincent to recover J.T.'s missing memory stick. Ethan senses Theresa's strange behavior and vows to uncover what she is hiding, while Jared becomes increasingly suspicious of Vincent as well.
