Paloma arrests a likely suspect in Fancy's assault, and when Luis and Fancy arrive at the station they find duct tape and other incriminating items among his belongings. Luis reassures Fancy that he is not her attacker despite all the evidence that once pointed to him. Noah and Paloma finally give in to their feelings and share a kiss. At the hospital, Fox wakes and immediately blames Miguel for the hit-and-run, strengthening the case against him. Meanwhile, Theresa receives a masked video warning that Ethan will hate her once he learns the truth about Little Ethan.
