Kay has Miguel arrested for public indecency in a desperate attempt to stop the mermaid curse, but Siren tracks him down at the station and kisses him through the bars, promising they will make love later. Sam begins wondering whether Kay's obsession reveals deeper feelings for Miguel. In Rome, Theresa orders Crane Security to find J.T., while Ethan rebukes her for still clinging to the past. Meanwhile, Alistair reveals that he lured everyone to Rome as part of his revenge plot, only for Whitney to grab his gun and pull the trigger.
