Gertrude questions Ethan about the kiss, and he admits she reminds him of Theresa and that losing Theresa stripped his life of purpose. Alone, Theresa wishes she could tell him the truth. Gwen, however, grows alarmed by Gertrude’s influence and becomes even more possessive after catching Ethan in an intimate moment with her. Elsewhere, Viki injects Ivy with a syringe, Pretty bribes a doctor to support her fake pregnancy, Sheridan identifies Vincent as her attacker, and Juanita directly threatens Pilar and her family.
