Theresa rushes toward the operating room and learns that Jonathan, not Little Ethan, is in crisis. Ethan sees her relief and is angered by what he perceives as strange behavior, while Gwen uses every moment to widen the divide between them. At the same time, Julian finds Eve collapsed and is baffled when "Valerie" calls him "Daddy," further blurring the line between reality and Vincent's manipulation. In the warehouse, Fancy finds Luis kissing Pretty and recoils in devastation, even as Luis tries explaining Alistair's control. Pretty only gloats and makes things worse.
