Eve wakes from a nightmare about Vincent attacking her and tells Julian that Vincent is alive and still haunting her. Julian throws himself into controlling her psychiatric care, refusing to believe her story even as Vincent lurks outside the door. In the warehouse, Pretty clings to Luis and tries winning his affection, and he kisses her back while insisting everything between them only happened because of Alistair's manipulation. Sheridan forces Spike at gunpoint to lead her through the secret passages and finds Luis and Pretty kissing. At the hospital, Theresa learns that there has been trouble in surgery.
