Ethan presses Gwen to explain how she suddenly knows there is a donor for Jonathan, while Little Ethan undergoes surgery to save his baby brother. Theresa watches with pride and anguish, wishing Ethan knew he was there because of his son. In the warehouse, Pretty hesitates to leave because she has grown attached to being alone with Luis, but outside Spike waits under Alistair's orders to kill them both once they escape. Meanwhile, Noah disguises himself as Santa to reassure Paloma of his love, but once the disguise is revealed she questions whether she can trust any of it.
