Gwen finally accepts that Jonathan will die without a transplant and decides she must tell Ethan that Little Ethan could save him. Rebecca panics, knowing that if Ethan learns the truth Theresa may win him forever. Ethan, meanwhile, is stunned when Little Ethan calls him "Daddy" and confronts Theresa, but he misreads the moment and accuses her of manipulation instead. In the warehouse, Luis attacks Alistair and steals the key to the basement. Pretty thinks Luis is dead for one awful moment, then sees him revive and realizes escape may finally be possible.
