At the hospital, Jane is tested as a possible donor for Jonathan, and the pressure on Gwen and Theresa becomes unbearable. Theresa keeps demanding that Gwen tell Ethan the truth about Little Ethan, but Gwen still refuses, terrified that she will lose Ethan forever if she does. Elsewhere, Tabitha manipulates Noah and Fancy into a romantic situation to hurt Paloma. In the warehouse, Pretty pretends to be a fellow victim to win Luis's sympathy. Sheridan, frantic for Luis's safety, turns to Paloma for official help while everything in Harmony edges closer to collapse.
