Alistair changes course with Pretty and decides the best way to split Luis and Fancy apart is to have Pretty get pregnant by Luis, much to Pretty's discomfort. Sheridan confronts Alistair over Marty's fate, while Luis wakes in a warehouse basement with Pretty and begins to suspect he is being manipulated. At the hospital, Gwen continues wrestling with the possibility that Little Ethan could save Jonathan, even as she lies to the doctors and to Ethan about what options remain. In Mexico, Juanita's threats against Pilar's family continue growing more dangerous by the hour.
