Ethan urges Theresa to have Jane tested for Jonathan's transplant, hoping for a miracle, while Theresa silently wrestles with the truth that Little Ethan may be the better match. At the same time, Luis tells Sheridan he is prepared to give his own life in exchange for Marty, a plan Sheridan cannot bear to accept. Their argument makes clear just how impossible the choice has become. Elsewhere, the pressure surrounding Jonathan's illness and the hidden paternity secret grows even more intense, as Theresa keeps delaying the one revelation that could change everything.
