Fancy demands answers from Luis about his secrecy and his continued closeness to Sheridan, but his vague explanations only push her further away. At the hospital, Jonathan still desperately needs a transplant, and Gwen begins considering whether Little Ethan could be the donor, knowing that admitting it would mean revealing Ethan is the boy's father. Every possible path forward threatens to explode the fragile balance between Theresa, Ethan, Gwen, and both children.
