Eve drinks heavily at the Blue Note while Julian tries desperately to stop her from destroying herself. Theresa is consumed with guilt after poisoning Gwen and realizes too late that the potion was deadly. Doctors rush in to save Gwen while Rebecca accuses Theresa of attempted murder. When Sam finds the poison bottle bearing Theresa's fingerprints, Theresa panics and understands how completely she has been set up. Elsewhere, Spike again wanders into danger, unaware that a mysterious knife-wielding figure is closing in on him while the darkness surrounding Harmony grows even worse.
