Luis and Sheridan receive a call from a shadowy figure who says he can find Marty but demands Luis's life in return. At the same time, Theresa, believing Tabitha's potion will drive Gwen away from Ethan, secretly puts it in Gwen's tea and is horrified when Gwen starts choking. In Mexico, Rebecca's manipulation accidentally redirects Juanita's rage toward Pilar's family instead of Theresa. As Gwen's condition worsens, Theresa is left staring at the fallout of her desperate decision, while the rest of Harmony keeps circling around blackmail, revenge, and the danger threatening everyone connected to Luis and Ethan.
