Fox and Esme bond while caring for Viki, though Fox becomes increasingly uneasy about Esme's strange behavior. Elsewhere, Alistair manipulates Pretty into sabotaging Luis and Fancy's relationship further. Luis reassures Fancy that his love for her has not changed despite her past. At the hospital, an intoxicated Eve lashes out at the Cranes and blames them for favoring Spike over Vincent. Sheridan tortures Spike for information about Marty but is forced to release him. Meanwhile, Gwen confesses that she still loves Ethan, and Theresa speaks to comatose Ethan about his son. Ethan responds by squeezing her hand.
