Luis celebrates his freedom with Fancy and Pilar, who never stopped believing in him. Fancy apologizes for ever doubting him, but Pilar urges her to tell Luis the truth about Pretty before someone else does. Sheridan, however, keeps working on Pretty and feeds her bitterness. In jail, Vincent rejects Eve's comfort and blames her for abandoning him, though he shows interest when a psychiatrist explains that cooperation may save him from death. Elsewhere, Ethan is still reeling from watching Luis nearly die, yet he proposes to Theresa, and she joyfully accepts.
