Simone, Paloma, and Noah search frantically for Jessica while Spike buries her alive and drunkenly apologizes over her grave. Theresa answers a call about Whitney and rushes to comfort her, even as Jared warns Ethan to stop interfering in Theresa's life. Sheridan and Fancy arrive too late to save the psychiatrist who could have identified the blackmailer. Meanwhile, Kay keeps fumbling with magic, splitting Miguel in two until Tabitha repairs him and wipes his memory. Still, Kay refuses to stop and remains determined to cure Fox quickly.
