The Witches Committee judges Tabitha too kind to mortals and decides she is unfit to raise Endora. When Tabitha vows to turn Endora evil if given the chance, a bad witch blasts her with magic and the committee leaves with Endora anyway. At the prison, Luis explains more of Alistair's cruelty toward Father Lonigan, while the blackmailer threatens both Lonigan and Sheridan with death. Ethan keeps pressing Julian for the truth, and Theresa desperately searches for leverage, producing a secret item that might keep Julian from exposing Little Ethan's real father.
