The blackmailer pays Spike to exhume the dead johns and tips off police in order to frame Jessica. Noah and Paloma try warning Sam before the authorities reach him, but news of multiple murders interrupts them. Simone urges Jessica to stay away from Spike, but Jessica clings to him, terrified of incriminating herself. At the prison, Father Lonigan hears Luis's confession and recalls Alistair's cruelty, reinforcing Luis's belief that someone tied to Alistair is behind everything. Elsewhere, Ethan presses Theresa for the truth while Julian gives her one final chance to confess Little Ethan's paternity before he does.
