Jessica continues hallucinating despite toxicology reports showing no drugs in her system, while Spike slithers into her room and keeps tightening his hold. Luis avoids Fancy's questions about Pretty as Sheridan manipulates him and Chris secretly calls police on Luis. Sam arrives with officers, but Luis forces Fancy to arrest him so Sheridan can slip out the back. Meanwhile, Theresa struggles through her wedding ceremony to Jared while imagining Ethan instead. Before the ceremony can be completed, Jared collapses, and Eve rushes him to surgery as Ethan and Whitney watch in alarm.
