Julian urges Fox to stop faking his pain, but Fox's discomfort seems real after the possible medication swap. Miguel refuses to believe Fox is truly sick, while Kay continues defending him. Chad's affair with Vincent grows more dangerous as Vincent pressures him to choose and threatens exposure. Little Ethan dreams of living with Ethan and Theresa, feeding Theresa's fantasies of a different life. Meanwhile, the blackmailer keeps Theresa away from Ethan and pushes her toward Jared. Disguised as a deliveryman, Ethan visits Theresa with a rose, while Luis fights off police again after being spotted.
