Julian considers paying the nurse to keep Fox on placebo treatments while Miguel remains suspicious of everything happening at the hospital. Jessica's john is revealed as the peeping tom, and he threatens her with a razor until Noah, Simone, and Paloma come to her rescue. Eve treats Jessica and receives a mysterious phone call from someone claiming to be her and Julian's son. Luis, now on the run, turns to Theresa and Ethan for help. Ethan wants to surrender him, but Theresa chooses to protect him as the peeper orders her to marry Jared that very night.
