Fox survives the first phase of surgery, and Kay apologizes for ever doubting him after hearing more evidence piled against Miguel. Charity suddenly tells Miguel she loves him, adding to the confusion. Fancy's rape kit confirms that she was assaulted and proves there really was an attacker, though Sheridan still mocks and taunts her. Luis apologizes for failing to protect Fancy and begins suspecting he was manipulated or drugged the night of the attack. Elsewhere, Jared reveals he is leaving Harmony, but Whitney urges him to stay and protect Theresa from Ethan and the chaos surrounding her.
