Kay, Charity, Simone, Miguel, Sam, Ivy, and Julian gather at the hospital waiting for word on Fox. Eve tells them he needs emergency surgery, but because the specialist is unavailable, Kay must decide whether Eve should operate. Julian refuses to let Ivy reveal Fox is not really dying. Sam tells Miguel he is the prime suspect in the hit-and-run. At the mansion, Fancy is badly shaken after the latest assault and Sheridan again insists she is making it up. Meanwhile, Whitney urges Theresa to let Ethan go, and Gwen smashes her wedding ring before storming out.
