Miguel demands that Kay tell Fox the truth and stop sacrificing herself for a lie, but Kay refuses because she believes Fox is dying and wants to stay by his side. Fox cleverly asks Miguel to be his best man, stunning him and forcing Kay to play along. In the mineshaft, Luis mistakenly believes Fancy has died before realizing she is still alive, and a survival kit is lowered to help them. Theresa keeps pushing Ethan to believe her about Gwen and Rebecca, but his patience is wearing dangerously thin.
