Theresa immerses herself in work at Crane while Valerie gathers applicants for her assistant position. Jared arrives to interview, surprising Theresa and throwing her off balance. Whitney keeps pushing Theresa to stop pushing away someone who could genuinely care about her. At Tabitha's, Kay and Tabitha worry about Siren's escape and Fox's strange behavior. Elsewhere, Sheridan wonders if she has damaged her bond with Luis by supporting Fancy's training. At the station, Luis refuses to accept Fancy and Paloma as cadets, prompting accusations of sexism and deepening the conflict.
