Theresa and Whitney juggle work and their sons' games while Theresa tries not to dwell on Gwen's seemingly perfect life with Ethan and Jane. Jared repeatedly crosses Theresa's path, and their banter grows increasingly playful. Whitney urges Theresa to accept that Jared genuinely likes her and warns she may end up lonely if she keeps pushing men away. At the Blue Note, Rebecca taunts Julian about Eve and TC, but Julian refuses to be rattled. Theresa's resistance to Jared only makes their chemistry harder to ignore.
