At Crane Industries, Theresa buries herself in work and promises Whitney she will not repeat old mistakes, even shredding photos of Ethan as a symbolic step forward. Valerie helps her search for executive support as Theresa starts panicking over her growing workload. Elsewhere, Kay and Miguel cuddle while Fox complains to Siren about them. Luis admits Fancy is falling for him, and Noah recognizes that Luis may be falling too.
