In Rome, Noah comforts a grieving Theresa after the train explosion, but Gwen mistakes the scene and lashes out, convinced Theresa is still manipulating Ethan from afar. Theresa tells Noah she is addicted to Ethan but must let him go for the sake of their children. Sheridan remains trapped in nightmares and keeps pressing Luis about Marty, while Chris urges him to finally tell her the truth. Elsewhere, Gwen is blackmailed by J.T. Cornell, Fancy and Ethan comfort one another over their losses, and Theresa warns Noah about the destructive power she still holds.
