Luis, Noah, and Fancy watch in horror from a helicopter as a missile strikes Alistair's train and turns it into a fireball. At the hospital, Sheridan becomes hysterical over Marty while Chris secretly burns documents linking him to Alistair but misses one bearing the omega symbol. Theresa tearfully asks Ethan to promise he will always be there for her son, then finally accepts that she and Ethan will never be together. Meanwhile, Simone and Whitney plan to leave Rome after learning about TC's accident, and Luis struggles with how to tell Sheridan the devastating news.
