Theresa narrowly escapes J.T.'s trap in the ruins when Ethan arrives in time to save her, though J.T. slips away again. J.T. and Rebecca later begin planning their escape from Rome. In the cave, Whitney, Chad, Simone, and Paloma remain trapped as Alistair appears with the chalice and boasts about the power now in his hands. Elsewhere, Luis and Fancy survive the taxi explosion and find Beth unconscious but Marty still missing. Back in Harmony, Kay continues clashing with Siren over Miguel as Fox grows more suspicious of Kay's heart.
