Tabitha works to keep Fox distracted with work so Kay and Miguel can spend more time together. When Fox arrives, he and Miguel clear the air about why Miguel remains in Harmony, arguing over whether it is really about Maria or Kay. Tabitha then reveals to Kay that Miguel never found Charity because of her interference and pushes Kay to choose between Fox and Miguel. At the garage, Theresa begs Ethan not to let her become like Alistair. Meanwhile, Sheridan prepares to reveal a life-changing secret, only for Eve to interrupt with shocking blood test results.
