At the diner, Noah admits to Fancy that Maya was once his lover but insists she means nothing compared to Fancy now. Meanwhile, Theresa pressures Mr. Grant into pretending Ethan's job offer is being revoked for financial reasons. She warns him never to reveal her involvement. Sam lets Maya stay at the Bennett house despite Ivy's concern. Fox asks Sam for Kay's hand in marriage and receives his blessing. Later, Ethan learns the New York job is gone, then finds Theresa's bracelet and realizes she is responsible.
