Fox is delighted to learn that Kay rejected his proposal only because of the planets, not because she does not love him. Tabitha privately warns Kay that the dark side still expects payment for the success spell, but Fox places the ring on a chain and vows to wait. At the bed and breakfast, Gwen and Ethan talk about their future in New York, though Ethan insists Theresa will still have access to Jane. Meanwhile, Theresa threatens Mr. Grant and demands he rescind Ethan's job offer immediately.
