Luis and Fancy celebrate their future together, convinced they can overcome any obstacle. At the hospital, Eve confronts Alistair with a knife and gun, desperate over Vincent’s suffering, but fails to kill him. Back at the mansion, Gwen prepares to send Little Ethan to boarding school while Theresa, trapped in the role of Gertrude, burns to reclaim her life openly. Gertrude produces a letter from Theresa opposing boarding school, shocking Gwen. Meanwhile, Vincent chloroforms Sheridan, seals her inside a barrel, and sends it over the falls.
