At the hospital, Vincent pressures the increasingly impaired Eve to operate on Julian after Viki stabs him in the groin while Esme sleeps nearby. Sam arrives as Viki pretends innocence, and Vincent spikes Eve’s coffee in hopes she will botch the surgery. Meanwhile, Theresa, disguised as nanny Gertrude, is hired by Ivy and Rebecca and nearly panics when they verify her references. Pilar also scolds Gwen for celebrating on Theresa’s memorial day and nearly reveals the truth about Little Ethan to Ethan.
