Ethan grieves Theresa deeply, but Gwen presses him to move forward for the sake of their children and their future. He reluctantly agrees to continue with his life while vowing never to forget Theresa. Elsewhere, Theresa awakens in a hospital morgue and learns she has been declared officially dead to protect her family from Juanita. She desperately tries to contact Ethan but is stopped. Back home, Pilar receives a shocking call from Theresa as Pretty continues manipulating Fancy to destroy her relationships.
