Kay becomes terrified after hearing ominous organ music and sensing that someone close to her will die, leading Tabitha to conclude the danger points to Mexico. Although Tabitha urges her to use magic, Kay refuses for fear of losing Miguel. In Mexico, Miguel, Luis, and Ethan arrive to rescue Theresa and Pilar and learn just how dangerous Juanita is. After Pilar is tortured, Theresa fights back and briefly escapes, but Juanita corners them again as Theresa swims for help with a shark nearby.
