Sam questions Alistair about who stabbed him, unaware the real attacker is still nearby in the hospital room. Ivy pressures Ethan to finally let go of Theresa and consider Gwen, who makes every effort to win him back. Meanwhile, Theresa travels to Mexico determined to confront Juanita and repair the damage in her life. On the plane, she drifts into an exaggerated telenovela fantasy in which she finally confesses everything, revealing how deeply she wants redemption and the truth to come out.
