Endora describes how Miguel rescued her from hell, while Kay and Miguel retreat to reconnect physically after everything they endured. But the reunion darkens when Kay realizes Miguel is showing signs of memory loss and confusion. At the hospital, Theresa stays by Little Ethan's side and worries Ethan will think she does not care about Jonathan. Ivy subtly worsens Ethan's doubts by suggesting Theresa may have another man in her life. Gwen, however, begins to feel guilty after Theresa's selfless act in saving Jonathan and starts wondering whether she can keep the truth from Ethan forever.
