Jane is ruled out as Jonathan's donor because of an ear infection, leaving Ethan and Gwen desperate again. Theresa, no longer able to tolerate Gwen's lies, pushes for Little Ethan to be tested. In the warehouse, Luis wakes confused and briefly believes he is with Fancy before realizing he is with Pretty, who keeps trying to manipulate him into giving Alistair what he wants. Sheridan grows more frantic and even enlists a recovering Spike to help track Luis down. Elsewhere, Valerie's instability grows as Julian learns the truth about who she really is.
