Fancy, shattered over Luis and Sheridan, slaps Luis when he tries explaining. Spike continues manipulating them with false leads about Marty's location. At the hospital, Gwen refuses treatment for baby John, even as Ethan and Julian begin suspecting her judgment is clouded. Eve insists Vincent tampered with the prescription, but no one believes her. John stabilizes, yet the truth about his illness and Ethan's children continues pulling Theresa deeper into pain and secrecy.
