Eve returns to work and, still drinking, nearly kills a patient with a prescription error before nurse Lydia quietly fixes the mistake. Later, she breaks down clutching a photo of herself and Julian. Meanwhile, Julian dreams of telling Eve Vincent is dead, only for "Valerie," who is really Vincent in disguise, to seduce him again. Eve walks in on them and is shattered. Elsewhere, Fancy becomes convinced Luis is in danger after learning he deleted Spike's files. Esme pushes her to fight for him. At home, Gwen and Theresa continue clashing over Ethan and baby Jonathan, with Theresa refusing to surrender.
