Sam and Ivy confront Kay over Fox's murder, and Kay, clinging to the paper bag imprisoning Tabitha, pleads with her for help. When blood evidence is found, suspicion only deepens. At the same time, Theresa and Pilar argue over whether Ethan should finally learn Little Ethan is his son, while Gwen blackmails Pilar into helping keep the truth hidden. Sheridan continues searching Alistair's room for clues about Marty, and Spike later gives her a lead. Theresa tries explaining things to Ethan, but they keep missing one another emotionally even as the secret between them grows more dangerous.
