Gwen gives Ethan a son she claims is his, leaving Theresa stunned and unconvinced. Gwen explains that after leaving Harmony she missed a period, assumed it was stress, and later realized she was pregnant, insisting it was a miracle. Ethan is overwhelmed and agrees that the baby should call no one but him "daddy." Pilar urges Theresa to finally tell Ethan the truth about Little Ethan, and Theresa promises she will. Meanwhile, Alistair increases the frequency on Fancy's control device while Pretty pretends to help, causing Fancy terrible pain and stopping Luis from getting her real help.
