Pretty drugs Fancy's lemonade and helps Alistair move her to a hidden room in the Crane mansion, where corrupt doctors implant a device through her nose that is designed to control her and destroy her relationship with Luis. At the bed and breakfast, Sheridan confesses to Luis that Marty is alive, though he doubts her source. Ethan remains unconscious but improves enough to squeeze Theresa's hand, convincing her he knows about his son and forgives her. Whitney shares her plan to leave Harmony, and Theresa returns to Ethan just as he begins waking.
